Governor Nasir El-Rufai of Kaduna state has alleged that former President Goodluck Jonathan almost jailed him because he thought he was a threat to his second term ambition. Former Aviation Minister, Femi Fani-Kayode, has called on the Federal Government to invite controversial Islamic cleric, Ahmad Abubakar Gumi for questioning over his alleged ties with bandits and other criminal elements. Gunmen have reportedly abducted the Chairman of Miyetti Allah Cattle Breeders Association of Nigeria (MACBAN) in Kogi State, Alhaji Wakili Damina.
