Controversial Islamic scholar, Sheikh Ahmad Gumi has advised the President Muhammadu Buhari-led Federal Government on negotiate with the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, Nnamdi Kanu The Kaduna-based cleric said the government should be frank in negotiating with the group.
