DSS declares Sunday Igboho wanted, parades his ‘Foot Soldiers’ and arms allegedly recovered from his residence (photos)
The Department of State Services (DSS) has declared Yoruba activist, Sunday Igboho, wanted. The spokesperson for the service, Peter Afunnaya, on Thursday confirmed that the agency carried out the raid on Igboho’s Ibadan residence in the early hours of Thursday, July 1. According to him, the service got intelligence that Ighoho had stockpiled arms in his house. There was a gun duel which saw the death of two of Igboho’s men while the rest were subdued and arrested. Popular Human rights activist, Deji Adeyanju has alleged that government planted guns in the house of Yoruba freedom fighter, Sunday Igboho. Sunday Igboho’s residence in Ibadan attacked
Unknown gunmen have attacked the Ibadan residence of Yoruba Nation Agitator, Sunday Igboho. According to reports, the incident happened in the early hours of today, July 1 by gunmen dressed in military uniforms.
