Labour Minister, Chris Ngige said he thought doctors in Nigeria were playing pranks when they embarked on their industrial action. Ngige spoke in Abuja at the Nigerian Health Commissioners Forum Quarterly meeting assured that an end will be put to the ongoing nationwide strike by the National Association of Resident Doctors (NARD). He recalled that public health workers got N32 billion as special COVID-19 hazard allowance for three months in the first instance. Kogi government threatens to sue EFCC over frozen state salary account
