Sunday Igboho may be killed if released now – Lawyer
The legal team of Yoruba nation agitator, Sunday Adeyemo, also known as Igboho, has revealed that the agitator may be killed if the Beninese court orders his release now. Olusegun Falola said Igboho may be killed due to the tension between the Nigerian government and its Benin Republic counterpart. Kaduna Govt Files Fresh Charges Against El-Zakzaky
The Kaduna State government has filed fresh charges against the leader of the Islamic Movement in Nigeria, Sheikh Ibrahim El-Zakzaky. This follows his acquittal by a Kaduna state high Court on Wednesday. Justice Gideon Kurada had on Wednesday discharged and acquitted El-Zakzaky and his wife Zeenat, from the eight charges pressed against them by the state government for lack of merit.
