Nigeria’s senior national football team has ended the year 2021 as the 36th best team in the world. The Super Eagles remain unmoved in December’s ranking published by FIFA on Thursday, December 23. Nigeria amassed a total of 1478.78 points to stay as the fifth-best team on the continent behind Senegal, Morocco, Algeria, and Tunisia. Omicron: FG restricts religious gatherings to 50% capacity

Veteran Nollywood actor, Sam Obiago aka Daddy Sam, is dead. His death was confirmed by president of the Actors Guild of Nigeria, AGN, Emeka Rollas, on Wednesday in a post on Instagram. FG introduces digital token to replace 11-digit NIN
The federal government has introduced virtual national identification number (NIN) tokens. The digital tokens which comprises of 16 alphabets and numbers, will replace the NIN from January 2022.
