The Economic and Financial crimes commission (EFCC) are charging former Imo State Governor, Senator Rochas Okorocha with Fraud worth N2.9billion. The anti-graft agency accused the Senator of conspiring with others, including an APC politician and five companies, to steal N2.9 billion from public coffers Okorocha is being charged to court on a 17-count charge and will be arraigned alongside Anyim Nyerere Chinenye, Naphtali International Limited, Perfect Finish Multi Projects Limited, Consolid Projects Consulting Limited, Pramif International Limited, and Legend World Concepts Limited.

The Nigerian National Petroleum Company (NNPC) Limited has said that it spent N100 billion on the rehabilitation of the nation’s refineries in 2021. The group said it spent N8.3 billion every month in 2021 to revamp the refineries.
