On Tuesday, the Supreme Court in Abuja upheld Ademola Adeleke’s position as the Governor of Osun State under the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP). This decision was made following the affirmation of his victory by a three-member appellate court panel led by Mohammed Shuaibu, which nullified the judgment of the election petition tribunal.
