Justice Binta Nyako, presiding over a Federal High Court in Abuja, issued an order to the Department of State Services (DSS) to grant detained leader of the proscribed Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Nnamdi Kanu, access to doctors of his choice and his medical records. The ruling was made in response to a suit filed on behalf of Kanu by his legal team, led by Mike Ozekhome (SAN).
