Tinubu govt does not want me to campaign – Sowore cries out over daily court trials
The presidential candidate of the African Action Congress, AAC, Omoyele Sowore, has accused the administration of President Bola Tinubu of frustrating him.
Speaking shortly after his trial at the Federal High Court in Abuja on Tuesday, Sowore described the constant court trials as a deliberate plot to stop him from campaigning.
He said that the day-to-day court proceedings are deliberately designed to distract and frustrate him and stop him from speaking out against the government.
The activist however insisted that no amount of intimidation or persecution will stop him from fighting for Nigerians.
“They don’t want me to campaign, hence these relentless, day-to-day court proceedings which are deliberately designed to distract and frustrate me. But they will fail, as usual. No amount of intimidation or persecution will stop me,” Sowore said.
