Tinubu Leads Most Christian-Friendly Govt — Akpabio

Senate President Godswill Akpabio has described the Bola Ahmed Tinubu administration as the most Christian-friendly government since Nigeria’s creation.

Speaking in Jos while receiving Plateau State Governor Caleb Mutfwang into the All Progressives Congress, Akpabio said President Tinubu treats Christians and Muslims equally and has shown this through actions.

He assured Plateau of federal support, pledged efforts to end insecurity, and said the government would back funding to close IDP camps nationwide.

Governor Mutfwang thanked party leaders and said the move signals Plateau’s return to the centre of national politics and support for President Tinubu ahead of 2027.
