“Nobody is perfect” Lagos Commissioner says as Mandy Kiss is made ambassador for Lagos anti-drug campaign after plans to attempt sleeping with 100 men in one day
Controversial content creator, Ayomiposi Oluwadahunsi, popularly known as Mandy Kiss, has been unveiled as a brand ambassador for the Lagos State Kick Against Drug and Substance Abuse (LASKADA).
The announcement was made on Tuesday, September 30, by Lagos State Commissioner for Youth and Social Development, Mr. Mobolaji Ogunlende, during a public sensitization event.
In a viral video from the event, Ogunlende said:
“We’re here with Mandy Kiss, and she has agreed to become one of our LASKADA brand ambassadors. Drugs are a pandemic hitting our society, and the government cannot fight it alone. We need influencers who can reach as many people as possible, and Mandy has over 400,000 followers. With the powers conferred on me, I make her one of our ambassadors. Say no to drugs!”
The appointment has stirred debate, coming shortly after Mandy made headlines for announcing plans to set a record by sleeping with 100 men in one day—a claim Guinness World Records swiftly distanced itself from. She later clarified it was a joke after public backlash and calls for her arrest.
Defending her selection, Commissioner Ogunlende explained that everyone has a past, but Mandy’s reach can be channeled positively:
“Nobody’s perfect. As a brand ambassador, we hope Mandy Kiss will take anti-drug awareness into the nooks and crannies of Lagos
