Abuja Airport drama: KWAM 1 would be detained if Nigeria were an advanced country – Verydarkman
Social media activist Vincent Otse Martins, popularly known as Verydarkman, has condemned fuji legend Wasiu Omogbolahan Adewale, aka Kwam 1, over his recent conduct at Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja.
Reacting to the incident in a video shared on Instagram Friday, Verydarkman criticised Kwam 1 for standing in front of an aircraft, saying the act endangered both his life and the lives of passengers on board. He warned that in a more regulated country, the singer could have been detained for such behaviour.
The activist pointed out possible risks, including being struck by the aircraft’s propeller or causing a collision, and stressed that punctuality is critical in aviation. According to him, the delay caused by Kwam 1 may have disrupted passengers’ urgent plans, including medical appointments and life-changing opportunities.
The controversy stems from allegations that Kwam 1 defied airport security protocols, sparking public debate over the incident.
