“You cannot insult and attack your way out of SMELL in Lagos. Get to work and fix it” – Activist, Aisha Yesufu slams Lagos Commissioner for Environment, Tokunbo Wahab
Activist Aisha Yesufu has called on Lagos State Commissioner for Environment and Water Resources, Tokunbo Wahab, to focus on addressing sanitation issues in the state, which many have described as having a foul odor.
In a post on X, Yesufu noted that former governor Babatunde Fashola did not respond defensively when similar criticisms were made during his tenure. Instead, he took action to improve hygiene and clean up affected areas. She urged Wahab to take the feedback seriously and prioritize making the state cleaner.
