Lagos State Commissioner for Water and Environment, Tokunbo Wahab, has refuted claims that the state has an unpleasant odor.
Despite repeated assertions by some individuals that Lagos, known as the “Center of Excellence,” emits a foul smell, Wahab dismissed the claim in a statement released this evening. He maintained that Lagos is not smelly but rather undergoing continuous development.
