Angelo Chidi Unegbu, a Nigerian Catholic priest, has questioned why a Chinese individual without a university degree, money, or connections can become wealthy within two years of arriving in Nigeria, while a Nigerian graduate surrounded by family and friends remains jobless and hungry. In a Facebook post on Tuesday, he asked, “What happened? What is the cause?”
