Chief of Army Staff, Lt General Taoreed Lagbaja is dead
President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, has announced the passing of Lt. General Taoreed Abiodun Lagbaja, Chief of the Army Staff. Lagbaja, aged 56, died on Tuesday night in Lagos following an illness
This was according to a statement released by the President’s Special Adviser on Information and Strategy, Bayo Onanuga.
