Mele Kyari loses 24-year-old daughter
The Group Managing Director of Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPCL), Mele Kyari, tragically lost his 24-year-old daughter on Friday. She was laid to rest in Abuja following Islamic rites.
Her passing was revealed in a condolence message shared by Bashir Ahmad, a former aide to ex-President Muhammadu Buhari.
Posting on X, he wrote: “Deepest condolences to @MKKyari, OFR, the GCEO of the Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited, on the passing of his 25-year-old daughter, Fatima Kyari.
“She passed away on Friday morning and has since been buried in Abuja according to Islamic rites. Allah ya jikan ta.”
