People should be angry and protest against Politicians – Rotimi Amaechi laments current state of the Nation

Former Rivers State Governor and current Minister Rotimi Amaechi has voiced deep dissatisfaction with the current situation in Nigeria, calling on citizens to protest against the government over widespread hunger and economic hardship.

Amaechi, addressing the nation’s increasing challenges, argued that elections should not have been held given the severe difficulties many Nigerians are experiencing.

He said Nigerians should be angry and protest against politicians

“People should be angry and protest against politicians. They should also say elections shouldn’t be held because the rate of hunger now is high. If people like us can’t afford diesel, then imagine how other people are,” he said.
