Chef Dammy’s pastor Prophet Adegoke Jeremiah sues her for N20m in damages

Chef Dammy is now facing legal action initiated by her pastor, Prophet Adegoke Jeremiah, just days after she publicly suggested that he should be held accountable for any harm that might befall her.

Chef Dammy had stated that she had experienced threats and harassment, causing her to live in a constant state of fear for her safety.

In a legal document dated October 23, Pastor Jeremiah requested that Chef Dammy publicly retract her previous statements about him on various social media platforms and in two widely circulated national newspapers. Prophet Jeremiah also sought N20 million in damages for the alleged defamation against him. He granted Chef Dammy a seven-day window to comply with these demands or face a potential court date.
