“The only “prayers” going into the “mail” of Nigerians is more taxes, more burdens – Kate Henshaw

Kate Henshaw, a seasoned Nollywood actress, has asserted that the sole things reaching the ‘mailboxes’ of economically disadvantaged Nigerians are additional taxes and hardships.

Henshaw’s statement was prompted by the Senate President, Godswill Akpabio’s assurance to fellow senators during the recent plenary session that they have been offered “prayers” as they go on holiday.

The actress lamented that the lawmakers don’t care about poor Nigerians.

She wrote, “The only “prayers” going into the “mail” of Nigerians is more taxes, more burdens, more “grin & bear it”, more “we don’t give a f@#k”.

“Happy holidays to the ones meant to serve & bring succour to their constituents. Nothing do una jare.
