Osimhen ranks third most valuable player in the world

According to Transfermarkt, a popular statistics medium, Victor Osimhen has risen to become the third most valuable striker in the world. He is currently ranked just below Kylian Mbappe of Paris Saint-Germain and Erling Haaland of Manchester City.

Osimhen, who is 24 years old, claimed the top scorer title in Serie A last season, netting an impressive 26 goals in 32 games. Additionally, he contributed five goals in the UEFA Champions League. Notably, Osimhen is not only the highest-ranked striker in Serie A but also in the entire African continent.

Following him in the rankings are Tottenham Hotspur’s Harry Kane in fourth position and Lautaro Martinez of Inter Milan.
