There is evident confusion on how to tackle the second wave of Coronavirus – Shehu Sani
Former Senator representing Kaduna Central, Shehu Sani has stated that there is an evident confusion on how to tackle the second wave of Coronavirus.
The former lawmaker said this in reaction to the way states and the federal government have handled the disease lately.
According to Shehu Sani, reopening schools and other COVID-19 regulatory measures should be a matter for the states and not the FG.
He tweeted;
Reopening schools and other #COVID19 regulatory measures should be a matter for the states and not the FG;the 36 states including FCT have different infection rates.There is evident confusion on how to tackle the second wave.
The federal government just want to be handled everything without the division of labour.
They should send whatever they want to give to states and let the state handle it.
Even the state government ought to have put measures in place before resumption of the students,
All those sanitizer and nose mask should have been provided by the state government but notwithstanding never too late.
they are just doing it because of fears of protests and also they are hypocrites by allowing the school to resume knowing full well that proper protocol is not in place……
Can only federal government handling everything, let’s the governors responsible for this in across the 36state including FCT.
