“Tinubu Is Not Supernatural” — Shehu Sani Reacts to Türkiye Incident

Former Kaduna Central senator Shehu Sani has said President Bola Tinubu is not supernatural, reacting to reports that the president briefly slipped during a ceremonial parade in Türkiye.

Sani made the comment in a post on his official X handle on Wednesday, following the incident which occurred as Tinubu joined a guard of honour on Tuesday.

The presidency has since dismissed concerns, stating that the president is hale and hearty and has no health issues

Reacting, Sani said, “The problem is not about the President’s misstep. The problem is with the people who think a President should be a supernatural who should not, cannot or must not misstep.”
