I will raise my children with or without you – Regina Daniels tells Ned Nwoko

Nollywood actress Regina Daniels has opened up about the chaos in her family and her strained relationship with her estranged husband, Senator Ned Nwoko, vowing to raise their children with or without his support.

In an emotional video shared on social media, Daniels revealed that her family has been in turmoil over her marriage and the public backlash surrounding it. “My family is actually in chaos… but we’ll definitely come out of it,” she said, adding that her mother and siblings have been fighting to defend her.

Breaking down at some point, the actress pleaded with the public to stop insulting her mother. “She’s the best thing that ever happened to me. She warned me, but I fell in love. Stop saying I got married out of greed, we were not broke,” she said.

Daniels also shared that at one point, when her family disapproved of her relationship with Nwoko, she almost took her own life. “I drove out at night, ready to kill myself if I didn’t marry Ned,” she confessed, recalling the painful period.

Despite the emotional revelations, the actress maintained that she still respects Nwoko but is determined to fight for her happiness and her children’s future. The video has since gone viral, drawing widespread sympathy and reigniting debates over love, marriage, and societal expectations.
