Kidnapping has become full-time business in Nigeria, those b*stards will strike hard this December – Ruger worries

Ruger Expresses Fear Over Rising Insecurity Ahead of December Festivities

Nigerian singer, Michael Olayinka, popularly known as Ruger, has voiced concern over the worsening insecurity across the country.

The Asiwaju crooner said he is deeply worried about the safety of people travelling within or visiting Nigeria this December, citing the alarming rise in kidnappings.

Ruger lamented that kidnapping has turned into a “full-time business” in some areas and warned that the situation could deteriorate further during the festive season if urgent action isn’t taken.

On his X handle on Wednesday, he wrote, “I’m scared for people this December. Kidnapping has become a full-time business in some parts of Nigeria and it’s only going to get worse this festive season. People will travel back to their villages from abroad and from many other places in Nigeria. These bastards will strike hard.”
