Senator Natasha resumes plenary after six-months suspension
Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan representing Kogi Central resumed plenary on Monday, October 7, after serving a six-month suspension by the Senate.
Her suspension followed a shouting match with Senate President Godswill Akpabio over seat rearrangement earlier in the year.
Although the suspension officially ended in September, her return was delayed by legal disputes. The senator had earlier described her suspension as illegal and vowed not to apologise as a condition for reinstatement.
