ADC is moving into a new phase – Ashiru

The African Democratic Congress (ADC) has announced a decisive new phase in its political journey, calling on its stakeholders and major political figures to fully align with the party at the grassroots level.

Following a closed-door meeting with stakeholders, the party’s leadership directed its chieftains to immediately resign from their former political parties and register with the ADC at their respective wards.

National Chairman, Chief Ralphs Okey Nwosu, and other party leaders emphasized that this move marks the beginning of a fresh era of inclusiveness and strategic consolidation for the party.

Speaking after the meeting, Ashiru explained:“The ADC is moving into a new phase. To build a stronger and more unified front, our bigwigs and stakeholders must take the bold step of registering at their wards. This will not only strengthen our structures but also deepen the bond between our leaders and the grassroots.”

“So basically what they’re saying now is that let’s move into the next phase, which is let all the political bigwigs now begin to identify directly in their various Wards and in various states, rather than just being coalition leaders, be actual members of the party in a formal sense.

“So that’s a phase, you know, we start with the coalition discussions and the mobilizations and bringing people together, and then people can now begin the registration processes. So I think it’s just an announcement that it’s time for us to move into that phase.
