Nepal: The Igbos are yet to recover from the havoc of the civil war even after over 6 decades- Lawyer, Stan Alieke, warns Nigerians
Abuja-based lawyer, Stan Alieke, has urged Nigerians not to attempt replicating the revolution currently unfolding in Nepal.
In a post on Instagram, Alieke cautioned that rebuilding a nation after a revolution is often a daunting challenge.
The lawyer, who once served as counsel to singer Speed Darlington, noted that the Igbo community is still grappling with the scars of the civil war, six decades after it ended.
He added that anyone pushing for a revolution in Nigeria is either ignorant of history or does not have the country’s best interest at heart.
