Veteran entertainer Charly Boy has downplayed the recent renaming of a popular Lagos bus stop that once bore his name.
The Bariga LVDA renamed the Charly Boy bus stop to “Olamide Baddo Bus Stop” last Friday, July 25, in honour of rapper Olamide.
The change sparked mixed reactions, with some speculating that it might have political undertones due to Charly Boy’s vocal criticism of the current administration.
