Marry a family-oriented woman, not a bag of trauma and extremism – Solomon Buchi tells men

Writer and social commentator, Solomon Buchi, has urged men to avoid marrying feminist women who are overly focused on their careers.

In a post shared on X, Buchi reflected on the life of entrepreneur Ibukun Awosika, highlighting her 35-year marriage, respect for her husband, commitment to cooking for her family, and successful career as a balanced example.

He argued that marrying a feminist who lacks strong family values can lead a man into a life of emotional distress.

Ma Ibukun Awosika is one of the richest women in Nigeria, happily married for 35 years, and still believes in family and noble womanhood. She deeply respects her husband, recognises him as the head, and doesn’t let her success get in the way of marital hierarchy. She cooks and performs homely duties.
