I am fully committed to ADC – Senator Ireti Kingibe

Senator Ireti Kingibe, who represents the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), has expressed her full support for the coalition of opposition leaders.

Speaking after a meeting with the 37 party chairmen in Abuja, she affirmed her strong commitment to the African Democratic Congress (ADC), the newly adopted platform for the opposition ahead of the 2027 general elections.

However, Senator Kingibe noted that while she is aligned with the ADC, she has not yet formally collected her membership card.

“As a senator, I am fully committed to ADC. However, as the Senator representing the Federal Capital Territory, FCT, I don’t expect you to just hand me a card”.
