Tems to headline inaugural FIFA Club World Cup Halftime Show

Grammy-winning Nigerian singer Temilade Openiyi, popularly known as Tems, is set to make history as one of the headliners for the first-ever FIFA Club World Cup Final halftime show.

FIFA announced that Tems will perform alongside American rapper Doja Cat and Colombian artist J Balvin during the halftime show, which is being produced by Global Citizen. The event is scheduled for July 13, 2025, at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey, USA.

Curated by Coldplay’s lead vocalist Chris Martin, the show will be streamed for free on DAZN.com.

Tems expressed her excitement, saying, “We’re coming together to celebrate football, the unity of music, and to help change lives through the FIFA Global Citizen Education Fund. I can’t wait, see you at the Club World Cup final!”

The 2025 FIFA Club World Cup will feature 32 teams from around the world and will take place across 12 stadiums in 11 U.S. cities, beginning on June 14.
