APC passionate about Nigeria’s Progress – Orji Uzor Kalu
Abia North Senator, Orji Uzor Kalu, stated that the All Progressives Congress (APC) is unconcerned by the formation of an opposition coalition, asserting that while the opposition has a right to challenge the APC, the ruling party will remain dedicated to fulfilling its mandate.
This coalition is being spearheaded by former Vice President Atiku Abubakar, Labour Party’s former presidential candidate Peter Obi, and former Kaduna State governor Nasir El-Rufai. El-Rufai has indicated the coalition’s aim is to ensure President Bola Tinubu’s defeat in the 2027 presidential election.
However, Kalu, who is also a former Abia State governor, expressed his belief that Nigerians will soon begin to recognize the positive impact of the APC-led government, which he said is focused on governance. He made these remarks to journalists in Abuja on Tuesday.
He said: “We are not losing sleep. APC has no reason to be afraid. We are the ruling party and passionate about Nigeria’s progress.
“Many of us are investing in industries to create jobs beyond politics. These endorsements are not about fear. They’re a result of the President’s bold decisions and transformative governance.
