A Nigerian auto spare parts dealer is looking to marry a medical doctor.
The search was made public by Ifeanyi Eze, a US-based PhD student acting as a matchmaker, in a Facebook post on Friday, May 9.
“Igbo business guy that deals in auto parts. Lives in Lagos. 32 years old. AS blood group. A Zion member. Prayerful and kind. Wants a wife. Igbo gal, preferably a medical doctor. Less than 32 years old. Should be AA blood group. A Christian,” he wrote.
The post has sparked reactions, with many questioning why an auto spare parts dealer would specifically seek a medical doctor as a wife.
In response, Ifeanyi defended the man’s preference, stating that everyone is entitled to their choice in a partner.
“Any man who go and marry anyhow woman is a big fool. Marry for love, finance and power. That’s what women do. They protest when men try the same. But not for men like me. Marriage is a financial and generational decision. You guys should learn,” he further noted
