‘I am the most bullied widow in Nigeria’ – Mohbad’s wife, Omowunmi

Omowunmi Aloba, widow of the late Nigerian singer Mohbad, has described herself as “the most bullied widow” in the country. She accused her father-in-law, Joseph Aloba, of instigating public hostility against her by insisting on a DNA test for her son, Liam.

Omowunmi revealed that she and Joseph were once close before Mohbad’s passing and claimed he had pressured her and her late husband into having a child through fasting and prayers, despite their initial reluctance.

Speaking on TVC’s programme Your View, Omowunmi said, “I have nothing to hide. I don’t have an issue with my father-in-law asking me for a DNA test, but it’s the way he is going about it. Presently, I am the most bullied widow in Nigeria.”
