Tuface’s Family Reports Him “Missing,” Seeks DSS Intervention
The Idibia family has called on the DSS to help locate Nigerian music icon, Innocent Idibia, popularly known as Tuface or Tubaba, claiming he is missing.
According to the family, Tuface left home in lounge wear on February 10 without his bodyguard, and they initially assumed he was taking a short walk. However, he has not returned since then.
Adding to their concerns, some of his friends have reportedly received messages from him requesting financial assistance—an unusual occurrence, as the family insists Tuface is financially stable and has no reason to beg.
They also noted that he is usually dedicated to his music, often writing or recording in the studio, but he has not shown up for work in recent days.
Despite their claims, videos of Tuface have surfaced online, including one where he is seen proposing to Edo State lawmaker Natasha Irobosa Osawaru. Following this, his mother, Rose Idibia, released a video pleading with Osawaru to “free” her son.
