2face Idibia deletes divorce-related posts, video on his Instagram
Nigerian musician 2face Idibia has deleted all posts and videos related to his announced divorce.
He removed the confirmation video he shared on his Instagram story and page just hours after posting it.
On Sunday, January 26, 2025, 2face made headlines by announcing his divorce from Annie, his wife of 12 years, in a controversial Instagram post. However, he quickly deleted the post, claiming his account had been hacked.
The announcement sparked widespread reactions on social media, particularly among fellow celebrities. Later, in a trending video, 2face clarified that he had made the post himself and that his account was never hacked.
Speaking in pidgin, 2face said: “Hello my people, nobody hacked my account. Na me talk weytin I won yan.”
However, in a turn of events on Monday morning, the singer had deleted all the divorce-related posts, including the video he made.
