El-Rufai mocks Reno Omokri with throwback protest photos against Tinubu where he held up a placard which read “No to a drug baron in Aso Rock”
Former Kaduna State Governor, Nasir Ahmad El-Rufai, took to social media to mock political commentator Reno Omokri by sharing images from a 2022 protest in London, where Omokri demonstrated against President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
In the photos posted on El-Rufai’s verified X account, Omokri is seen holding a placard that reads, “No to a drug baron in Aso Rock.”
El-Rufai captioned the images with a jab at Omokri, stating: “NIGERIA UPDATE – The interesting lifecycle of Wendell Simlin, also sometimes retained as a political mercenary by any person or government that can pay.”
