You have contested and failed woefully, go back home – Wike mocks Atiku

Former Rivers State governor, Nyesom Wike, has informed Atiku Abubakar that Nigerians have rejected him.

Wike suggested that the former Vice President, who hails from Adamawa, should step aside and return to his hometown, noting that he has run for office several times and failed.

Mocking Atiku, while addressing his followers in Port Harcourt, the Rivers State capital, Wike said: “I heard Atiku say Nigerians have rejected us. Did we pick form [to contest Rivers’ LG election]? No.

“I hear Atiku Abubakar said that Nigerians have rejected us in Rivers State. You, who have contested and failed woefully, Nigerians have rejected you; therefore, go back home.”
