Kanayo O. Kanayo has criticized men who rely on their wives for financial support.

The actor also cautioned women against working excessively to compensate for their husbands’ shortcomings, warning that it may lead to the men becoming complacent.

He noted that women often try to protect their husbands’ image, hiding the true situation from the outside world. However, he emphasized that a man’s primary responsibility is to provide for his family. He further described the growing trend of men depending on women as “disturbing, useless, and dangerous.” According to him, a man who cannot feed his family has no need or use for his private part

He said, “A man who cannot feed his family has no need and no use to use his private part on a woman. 

“It’s a responsibility. You know, women try to cover their husbands. And this is an advice to young women, know who you marry. 

“All you place above everything is love, ‘I love him, I love him’. But provision, meal… But when he doesn’t provide, you start having the idea and approaches from men.”
