I paid SAN N5million upfront for pardon out of N10million requested – Bobrisky in new audio leaked by VeryDarkMan

Controversial cross-dresser Idris Olanrewaju Okuneye, widely known as Bobrisky, has alleged that he made an upfront payment of N5 million to an unnamed Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN) in an attempt to secure a Federal Government pardon for money laundering charges filed against him by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).

Social media influencer Martins Otse, also known as VeryDarkMan (VDM), leaked the conversation’s audio recording on Monday, October 7, 2024.

According to VDM, the call took place on May 16, 2024. In the recording, Bobrisky claimed the SAN requested N10 million, but he could not provide the full amount as his EFCC-frozen account restricted his access to funds.

Bobrisky allegedly stated, “I’m supposed to finish my sentence by July, but if we get the amnesty, I could be out by the first week of next month.”

“I’m supposed to finish my sentence by July, but if we get the amnesty, I could leave by the first week of next month,” Bobrisky purportedly said.

“The SAN asked for N10million, which I could have transferred, but my account is frozen.

“My godfather gave me N5million and we sent it to the SAN two weeks ago. He has already submitted the pardon request.”
