Hunger, high cost of living not only in Nigeria, we are implementing measures to reduce it – Tinubu
President Bola Tinubu has stated that the economic challenges facing Nigerians are not unique to the country but are part of a broader global issue.
He made this remark during his nationwide address on Tuesday, in celebration of the 2024 Independence Day anniversary.
He said, “The central concern of our people today is the high cost of living, especially food costs.
“This concern is shared by many around the globe as prices and the cost of living continue to rise worldwide”.
“My fellow Nigerians, be assured that we are implementing many measures to reduce the cost of living here at home”, he added.
