Big Brother Naija star Neo Akpofure revealed that he used to work as a taxi driver before rising to fame. He shared this detail while reflecting on his humble beginnings.
In a now controversial post on his official X account, Neo posted a throwback photo of himself sitting with popular musician MC Galaxy. The picture was taken five years ago while he was working as a Bolt driver in Calabar.
Neo mentioned that his encounter with MC Galaxy turned into a memorable evening that had a lasting impact on him and changed his perspective on life.
“5 years ago today, I was still driving a bolt in Calabar when I picked up Mc Galaxy and his associate. He was craving bush meat and palm wine from somewhere called Atimbo. We enjoyed the meat and palm wine together before dropping them off at the airport.
“Fast forward to today, I look back and see how far I have come. If I had given up on my dreams then, na me for fuck up.”
