A pregnant woman is a walking corpse until she delivers, it is the best way to describe the dangerous journey a woman has to go through to bring forth another human – Nigerian doctor says

Nigerian medical doctor Kieran has said that a pregnant woman’s life remains at risk until she gives birth. He likened her to a walking corpse

He made this statement in response to mixed reactions to a viral video in which various young men were asked whether they would visit their pregnant wives in labor or friends who had been shot and hospitalized.

In the video, the majority of the young men said they would choose to be with their injured ‘homeboy’ over their wives.
