Nigerian singer Peter Okoye has responded to his twin brother Paul Okoye’s claim that he was the primary songwriter for most of the songs they performed together as the PSquare duo.

In an open letter shared on social media this morning, Peter expressed his disappointment, stating that Paul has repeatedly taken sole credit for the songs in various interviews, despite their collaboration as a duo.

Peter argued that this is unfair, noting that whenever he discussed their music, he always used inclusive terms like “we” and “us,” but Paul consistently took individual credit, even when Peter was present.

He also accused Paul of disrespecting his contributions, his wife, and his family, and of teaming up with their elder brother and former manager, Jude, to undermine him.
