Promise Emmanuel, also known as Kogi Rebel, the Chief Press Secretary to the immediate past Kogi State Deputy Governor, has advised men not to marry women who don’t have at least N1 million in their bank accounts.
In a Facebook post on Tuesday, August 5, Emmanuel suggested that if a woman does not have a minimum of N1 million in her account, she should at least possess or be in the process of obtaining a master’s degree.
