If it’s a political mission, It’s like trekking in the Sahara – Shehu Sani speaks on Atiku visiting Buhari
Former lawmaker Senator Shehu Sani has likened Atiku Abubakar’s visit to former President Muhammadu Buhari as akin to “trekking in the Sahara.”
Sani mentioned that if Atiku, a former Vice President, visited Daura, Katsina State, for Sallah homage, it would be acceptable. However, he remarked that if it was a political mission, it would be akin to trekking in the Sahara.
“If the Daura visit is a sallah homage, that’s okay. If it’s a political mission, it’s like trekking in the Sahara,” he wrote
Atiku had over the weekend paid former president Buhari a visit at his Daura residence. He was accompanied by the immediate past Governor of Sokoto State, Aminu Tambuwal, alongside other PDP stakeholders.
