Nigerian Airlines need to be compelled to do refunds on demand – Actress, Mary Njoku says after her 7am flight was moved to 6pm without explanation from the airline
Actress, Mary Njoku has urged the Nigerian government to prioritize the welfare of its citizens and actively advocate for their rights.
Expressing her concerns, the producer highlighted the issue of airlines canceling flights without providing refunds or adequate support to affected passengers.
In a video shared online on Saturday, May 4th, Mary recounted her experience of arriving at the airport at 5 am, only to be informed that her flight to Accra, scheduled for 7 am, had been rescheduled to 6 pm.
She emphasized the detrimental impact of flight cancellations, citing instances of businesses being disrupted and individuals facing losses. Mary called upon the Minister of Aviation to implement policies aimed at curbing this trend and ensuring greater accountability within the aviation industry.
