Woman who declined offer to study abroad because of her boyfriend later ends up alone while the man is married and working abroad
A South African user on X platform has recounted the tale of a woman who turned down an opportunity to study overseas due to her relationship with her boyfriend at the time. However, her decision resulted in her being left alone while her former partner got married to someone else and now resides and works abroad.
“I know someone who declined the offer of studying abroad because of a boyfriend, right now the boyfriend is working abroad and married and she is here alone. Learn to choose yourself and be selfish about your goals,” he wrote.
